Safety Event
Staff using the St Anns Underpass
On Monday 11th October the branch held the first Safety Event aimed at those staff who have to walk towards the St Ann’s underpass to get to their car
Eric Batty and Lee Simpson braved some pretty cold October temperatures handing out GMB safety whistles
The reaction to this was very pleasing with many staff taking the time to say thank you and telling us what a good idea it was
Other events will be planed in the next two weeks to ensure as many people as they can have the opportunity to get a whistle, updates will be placed on the Council's Unofficial Pin Board and on the Branch Website.
